Marine Fabrics manufactures Netting Machinery, Fishing nets and Nets of all types.
The Company manufactures CAM Clutches, Torque Limitors. CAM clutches are manufacture in roller Ramp type and Sprag Type.
The Fishing Industry in India received a boost with Indian Companies manufacturing Fishing Net Machines.
Marine Fabrics established in 1988 is one of the largest Manufacturer of Fishnet Machines in India. It has Two Firsts to its Credit viz.
A) To introduce India first Double Knot Machine.
B) The only manufacturer of High Speed Fishing Net Machines from India.
The Company produces a range of Machines to knot various kind of yarn in Double and Single knot Fishing Nets. All the Machines can be equipped with Micro-processor control system with Self Diagnostic Fault Display and Auto-lubrication. Length Stretching Machines needed to impart good finish to the Fishing Nets are also in the companys scope of supply.
The Company is situated around 400 K. M. south off Bombay in the Industrial City of Kolhapur. Marine Fabrics is an Engineering Concern basically into Fish Net Machine Building. Kolhapur is famous for its Engineering Industry viz. Foundries, Fabrication Workshops, Machine Building, Diesel Engines, Sugar Factories and Kolhapuri Footwear made from Leather.
We have Excellent team of Experienced Engineers and full fledged Drawing Office manned by Experienced Autocad Draughtmens and Engineers. We are presently working to make our Company ISO 9000 compliant. The Fish Net Machines manufactured are the most Up To Date and are assembled to the most Exacting Standards. The Machines rival the best in the World for Quality of Nets, Knot tightness, Speed, High Productivity, and Ease of Maintenance. All of the parts are made from Steel, Alloy steel, High grade Castings, and are Heat Treated to ensure long life. High Grade Engineering Polymers and Best Quality Bearings are used. Most of the Parts are machined on CNC Machines. All the Parts prior to Assembly are inspected and checked to ensure compliance with Drawings and Standards. The Machines under go strict and stringent checks and Production trials are taken for a period of 10 to 15 Days before Dispatch. This is done with a View to Ensure and Enable the Purchaser to immediately Commence Commercial Production and keep the Down Time at the Purchasers end to the minimum.
